Sheree’ is proving all naysayers wrong about her Chateau Sheree’. It is really coming along nicely I see. Good for Sheree’. I know we all talk mess about Sheree’, but I hope she is able to finish getting it built for the sake of her kids and her. They all need a new place to build their ‘new’ dreams, hopes, and aspirations. Plus, they need a stable place to lay their heads at night COMFORTABLY. Here in Atlanta, in this market, you can spend $400K and get northside mansion on a huge piece of property. Why waste time building a McMansion on a busy road (with a Marta stop in front) when there are so many homes available?? The market is overflowing with great properties selling at less than half their original cost, if not less.
