Last week I revealed the four cast members of The Real Housewives of Atlanta that were confirmed for next season (click HERE if you missed that).
As of today, at least one cast member (Sheree Whitfield) is rumored to be cut from the roster, while Kim Zolciak‘s future reportedly depends on how well her upcoming wedding special is received.
On the other end of the spectrum is Marquavious Marlo, who was hoping and praying that her new found popularity would secure her a spot on the show, but apparently since she hasn’t received any news from Bravo at all — not even an invitation to return next season as a background character — she’s not too hopeful.
Because of this, one of Marlo’s “F” words has written her a new blawg post with a cryptic message seemingly to save face before she too gets the boot.
Could these be Marlo’s last words to Bravo? Read it and weep…
The wear and tear was starting to show. Fatigue setting in. The formula exhausted. It happens when you are slow to recognize opportunity, not committed to victory for all who play well. The audience knows it and sometimes they rebel.
I watched the Hunger Games, did you? The powers fed the hungry and the hungry continued to want more. Then Katniss arrived, tentative, distrustful, but honest.
She entered the arena, not with the same packaging. She came in trailing fire. A few understood her possibilities right away.
In the end, she won on her own terms.
Though the terrain was treacherous, her supporters kept her moving along. And she rewarded them, with theatre and spectacle – drama unforeseen. But when the powers lost hold of the reins and she created her own ending, a sacrifice was made. The audience wanted a victor, but they were only allowed one.
Surely the powers must know, that even if the formula works, somewhere along the way it won’t, and the smart ones are those who deliver the new, even before its wanted…
Ok… From what I gather, Montell Marlo feels she won the game Bravo made her play, even though they changed the terrain and lost hold of their anticipated ending.
It is my understanding that the South Africa trip was originally meant to be the season finale (Read THIS), but somewhere along the way Bravo decided Martin Marlo was too damaging to the brand so they switched things up a bit.
The South Africa trip was placed in the middle of the season and footage from several events that were taped prior was pieced together and added towards the end.
For example, in the photos from Phaedra Parks’ son’s birthday party, you may have noticed that Marlo was in attendance but was totally edited out of the party scenes.
Once the show aired only Sheree was included in the footage, although Cynthia Bailey was there as well.
Marlo may also be claiming that she created her own ending by fighting with Sheree instead of NeNe (as was originally anticipated). And perhaps Sheree was the sacrificial lamb….
Hell… I dunno.

I’m so over RHOA this show could be a spokesperson for Lunesta. In my opinion the Africa trip was the last straw for Marlo, bitch could have shed a tear or something instead she was rude, over the top and down right inconsiderate to the situations in Africa.
IDK, but I do know that Marlo is one fly lady and should be offered the job as one of the RHOA. She’s very entertaining and people do want to know more about her and how she lives on a daily basis.

These Housewives mean business don’t they? It is a great example to set. This moment is not only about entertainment, it is also about fulfilling our true potential. Figuring that out is the journey.
It has been such an experience! Lots of dramatic moments, one amazing adventure, sprinklings of silliness. We really gave it all.

Marlo MADE this season of RHOA. For those calling her a "non-factor"….seriously?! There is no way you can describe a major scene of this season w/o mentioning Marlo. I love the way she entered the scene without looking to fit in. She has been her divalicious self since day 1. Yes, I too agree that there are times where she might seem shallow; however, everyone on the show has a certain quirk in their personality.
Bravo knows Marlo is the one that brought rating to this season b/c quite honestly this season was very boring.
If she doesnt appear on RHOA, she will be on another show….heck, maybe her own show! She has a hate her or love her personality…that what drives rating.

I am no Marlo fan. Didn’t like her before and Don’t like her now, but she did bring the drama. If she had her own show, I would not be watching but I don’t think it would be that terrible of an idea to bring her back for another season of RHOA since everyone else live pretty normal lives. Marlo is the girl that is always full of drama. She is no role model, but buffoonery can be entertaining.
What Marlo is saying is that Andy & the rest of the hypocrites at Bravo only hired her assuming she & NeNe would become mortal enemies fighting over ugly ass Charles Grant. She used her better judgement & decided against that. Now she might not have a job b/c she became friends with NeNe. I don’t trust Andy. He is jealous of NeNe just like the rest of the housewives. He favors Kim. He hated that NeNe was always cursing Kim out & beating her ass. That’s why he gave Kim her own show. He hopes Kim’s show is successful so she doesn’t have to be on RHOA or in NeNe’s line of fire again. Andy thought that since Marlo had several arrest under her belt she wouldn’t have a problem fighting NeNe. But Andy’s plan backfired. Regardless how strange Marlo is or what Marko will do for change, this season was most certainly entertaining for her part alone. I enjoyed Marlo on the show and its sad that we won’t see more but we all know the reason why. The gays run Bravo and while they love to see black women tear each other down and apart, they won’t tolerate anybody saying anything out of turn about them. Its a dumb move on their part because they are in the business to make money and Marlo could have increased the show’s ratings thereby increasing the show’s profits. Even as a recurring character like Malory or Lawrence, Marquavious would have been a sweet addition to the show.

Marlo can get to steppin and so can your h8ter ass. Marlo wasn’t wanted by the Bravo big-wigs because she’s a felon. And not just any kind of felon, she’s an attempted murderer. She deserves to still be locked up for good (or at least to an age where all the weaves and designer labels in the world couldn’t help her look fantabulous.)
True, she did bring the drama -BUT- if she were to become a permanent cast member, there would be nothing of drama. And The heads at Bravo were smart enough to know that adding Marlo to the mix would only turn the show into the bloodbath that was ‘RHONY” where that show bombed and the cast was so toxic that they were all FIRED.
Apparently, you’re also too stupid to know that the shows creator and producer is GAY (as am I) and Mr. Cohen made the right move by banishing that gay-bashing harpy. We need better examples on our screens these days, as others here have already said. The other cast members deserve their position on the show because they’re ultimately harmless and fun to watch, and I’m pretty sure none of them have ever tried to MURDER someone.
