Perry held an event at his Tyler Perry Studios, located on Greenbriar Parkway in Atlanta, where ticket prices ranged from $250 to $10,000.
Hundreds of Obama supporters lined the streets of my old southwest Atlanta stomping grounds for hours as they waited for a glimpse of the president and/or any other notable celebs.
Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, U.S. Representatives John Lewis, David Scott, Hank Johnson and Sanford Bishop, along with Rev. Joseph Lowery were among the 1,000 people who attended.

Obama’s first stop in Atlanta was an event hosted by entrepreneur Mack Wilbourn at his Buckhead home. The sizable, but intimate event costs guests $10,000 a piece to attend.
Then came the Tyler Perry Studio event, followed by another fundraiser hosted at Perry’s private residence for guests that carried a reported $35,800 per ticket price tag.
Overall, President Obama spent about 5 and a half hours in Atlanta and netted about $5 million dollars (not bad for a day’s work!). Reports are that he’s raised at least $45 million
Just after 11 p.m., Obama departed Atlanta aboard Air Force One.

Obama pays Blacks no attention until it time for re-election and fundraisers but that crook won’t see a dime of my money.I can’t supprt a man that shuns Blacks and disrespect Blacks and at the same time shuffle his feet for all other groups.I also can’t support him for his part in what happened to Gadaffi or Black Libyans.He needs to get his money from those he support such as Gays/Illegals/European Jews

2. He ended the War in Iraq which Bush started for his own personal gred(which black folks served)
3. He extended unemployment and food stamps for 99 more weeks for thos still lookin for work(which includes Black folks)
4. He extended the payroll tax cut throughout the remainder of the year so that taxes are lower for us working americans.
5. He signed into law the first Healthcare law, providing healthcare to all americans and thie children regardless of the condition.
6. He took out Osa Bin Laden.
7. He passed a law allowing women to get equal pay for equal work as men called "The fair pay act".
8. Under Bush we were loosing jobs every month until Obama got elected, since then he’s added 3.5million jobs.
9. Since he’s been President, the economy is growing, but nothin happens overnight, specially after 8 years of Bush gettin us in this mess. Its gone take a while to fix it.
So why you talkin bout what has he done for black folks, everything I just stated he’s done, black folks were involved. You mean to tell me we as black folks don’t get unemployment, serve in the Army, or work. Now if he’s done all that and a lot of other things I didnt mention and still tryna pull this Economy together, you mean to tell me he has time to worry bout one culture instead of the world as a whole.
