Marko Mario Marlon Marlo Hampton, the background character on this season’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, teamed up with Celebrity hairstylist Derek J a few nights ago to host the kick-off celebration for MLK Weekend in Atlanta.

I don’t know if you know (cause I didn’t) but Martin Luther King, JR. Weekend in Atlanta is now referred to as the “unofficial” Winter Ghay pride event.

The Ghays get off of work in abundance and they alllll come to Atlanta to celebrate. It’s not called anything, but the promoters took it over and now there are a ton of gay events.

Derek J did the dayum thang in his shiny leggins but the kidz were lovin’ them some Marko Marlo, who brought along a bodyguard, a concealed weapon, AND a change of clothes to the club.

Marko Marlo got her party ON while her bodyguard monitored her perimeter. Many less informed sites have been reporting that the grey-haired guy was Marlon’s “Big Poppa,” but my trusted sources say he was there merely for her “protection.”
