Yesterday, (September 30, 2011) during his first full day as a free man, Tip hit up several BET Hip-Hop Awards weekend ceremonies, he also hit up Atlanta radio station V-103 where he talked about being free and some of the issues that prevented him from early release:
I could abide by the law and do everything that I’m supposed to do on paper… but there are certain things that I do, that my LIFE allows me to do, i.e. RIDE A BUS from so and so to so and so, which is totally within the law, but because someone says, ‘I disagree with it, I don’t like that’ then that puts me in a certain public perception….
There’s more, but as an added drop in the bucket, Tip has already dropped some new tunes.
I checked my email yesterday and had a nice little surprise. Atlantic records had sent over T.I.’s first post-prison single, entitled, “I’m Flexin’,” featuring Big K.R.I.T.

I really don’t owe anyone any explanations. I can’t live for y’all. I appreciate y’all wholeheartedly but I don’t owe all these explanations to all these different people that I don’t know. If you have disagreements with the way I move or the way I operate, that’s fine. You’re entitled to it.
At the end of the day I have to live my life for these people.. (for my family, for my children). And I’m going to do what’s best for them.
You don’t have to believe me. And I can’t make you believe me. There’s nothing that I can say to make you believe me… but I have to live my life for them.

This dude needs serious "Spiritual and Mental Counseling" not by Eddie Long of course, he has serious issues and Generational Curses that have to be addressed, whether he wants to admit it or not, If he committed to breaking curses like he’s committed to "Partying all over the ATL", then things will change for him.
