Developer Lee Najjar, better known as Kim Zolciak’s sugar daddy on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” my be facing a big of financial difficulties.
WSB-TV is reporting that he’s behind on his light bill and owes more than
a quarter of a million dollars in back taxes.
Najjar aka “Big Poppa” on the Bravo reality show, is the owner of Union City’s Union Station Mall (located on the southside of Atlanta). Georgia Power has even threatened shopkeepers of pending disconnections due to nonpayment.
Union Station Mall owner Lee Najjar is hardly living up to his reputation as a famed sugar daddy. Najjar, or ‘Big Poppa,’ as he is called on reality show The Real Housewives of Atlanta hasn’t paid the light bill in months, according to city documents.
Mall shopkeepers have already received warnings from Georgia Power informing them that they may have to disconnect the power due to nonpayment.
The power shut off has been delayed, but the power bill isn’t Najjar’s only money problem. City officials said his company is three years behind on property taxes. “They owe us about $290,000 as of today,” says city manager Steve Rapson. (Source)
Meanwhile, the Union City officials are attempting to reassure mall tenants they are sympathetic to their plight. Merchants told Channel 2 that mall security has changed the locks on several stores.
Big Poppa has yet to respond.
In related news… Kim Zolciak is rumored to be pregnant by Falcon’s footballer Kroy Biermann but apparently that was started by her bitter ex-lesbian lover DJ Tracy. Kim hit the tweets earlier pissed off at her former gal pal:

Personally, I can’t understand Big Poppa’s wife. Him parading his mistress all on national television & his lavish gifts for her & her kids would benefit her in a divorce settlement. Who would be out of the door a long time ago would have been me. Because who in their right mind would take a chance with a man bringing home STD’s & possibly HIV or the AID’s virus messing with trash. You can bet Kim wasn’t the only woman he was cheating with. So, why continue to give him her good years, when she can find someone to treat her with the respect she deserve?

I can BET that Big Poppa and his wife are NOT laying together. They probably haven’t in YEARS! Their marriage at this point is probably nothing more than a business! His wife has HIS money to keep her warm at night. Kim thinks she is the shhhh b/c she has "Big Poppa’s" name rollin off her tongue…but I BET YOU the main thing Kim wants from him, he will NEVER give it to her and thats HIS HEART, which he has given to his WIFE!

They may just have an open marriage of sorts. When a woman is dealing with a man who is very wealthy, she will sometimes deal with and in some cases ALLOW unions from her husband. Hell, even if a couple isn’t wealthy, this kind of thing occurs. But with the wealth, it’s more believable.
When you date a man with real money, he usually has real responsibilities and works like a dog. 24/7.
Most of the time, you’ll be raising the children by yourself and he’ll be paying for everything.
For some women, they don’t care what the guy does so long as he’s taking care of home (and them).
Just keep the money coming. Keep the lifestyle up. It’s an arrangement.
I’m sure that the wife knows what’s going on and probably doesn’t care. That man isn’t likely to get rid of her. He may feel affection for his wife. Maybe this is the reason, he won’t ever actually leave her.
On another note, I’m sure the wife is a kept woman. So…is Kim worth the alimony?

I glad Kroy decded to have kids cause Kim and all her children would take him for all he is worth. Lets see how long this marriage last. She said Cynthias marriage wouldn’t last a year. Her daughter seems to be following in her mothers foot steps. Have you seen some of the clothes she wears on the show Not fit for kids her age.
He’s selling his house in Buckhead, but this time for $5 million less than the ask price was a few years ago. House is crazy though. It was on MTV Cribs a while back.
