An Atlanta area woman says that she was left battered and bruised after after calling for a late night LYFT ride.
The young lady told Channel 2 Action News that she feared for her life as the driver seemed to take her on a suspicious route, and she was forced to jump out of the moving vehicle when he refused to stop.

Another day, another YouTube prank gone wrong!
A senseless “prank” has cost an up and coming YouTube star his freedom.
The prankster, a young content creator named Kanghua Ren who goes by the screen name ReSet, filmed himself offering a homeless man in Barcelona an Oreo cookie filled with toothpaste rather than cream.
‘This will help him clean his teeth. I think he hasn’t cleaned them since he became poor,’ Ren stated in the now deleted video.
The man got violently ill after consuming what he thought was a regular Orea cookie and the YouTuber was subsequently arrested for issuing the toxic snack and has just been handed a 15-month prison sentence for his actions.

Nene Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta faced the wrath of a disgruntled viewer as she was awaiting a flight back to Atlanta.
The “fan” even hit Facebook with a video snippet proving she got the OG “housewife” all the way together, stating:
“Yall I really had to read Nene Leaks [sic].”
Unfortunately, the internet disagreed with the “fans” assessment of the situation and now she’s locked down her accounts.

Facebook and Instagram have banned Minister Louis Farrakhan from it’s platforms.
After years of pressure to crack down on hate and bigotry, Facebook has chosen to ban Farrakhan along with right-wing personalities Paul Nehlen, Milo Yiannopoulos, Paul Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer and others who they have labeled “dangerous individuals and organizations.”
Farrakhan’s Facebook page was deleted and all of its content purged from the social media giant’s servers, along with the social media pages of his religious organization. The bans apply to both Facebook’s main service and to Instagram and extend to fan pages and other related accounts.

A Houston area high school has implemented a new dress code but this time… it’s for the parents!
At James Madison High School, parents are no longer permitted on school grounds wearing satin caps or bonnets, hair rollers, pajamas, leggings or anything revealing, such as low-cut tops, sagging pants, short-shorts, and “dresses that are up to your behind.”
As you know, satin caps and bonnets are commonly worn by Black women to protect their hair so many are calling the new restrictions discriminatory.

Kodak Black was reported missing yesterday after missing a performance at House of Blues in Boston but apparently he was in custody all along.
While many felt that the 21-year-old rapper’s disappearance stemmed from his controversial week of high-profile beefs, the mystery has been solved.
It’s now been revealed that Kodak Black was arrested on drugs and weapons charges while entering the United States from Canada.
