Gorilla Zoe held his ‘Don’t Feed The Animals’ listening party last night and a surprisingly fun location…The Atlanta Zoo! Zoe and Block Ent. took over the Gorilla observatory area as they treated the crowed to a preview of his hot new CD.

Newsflash! Suge Knight has been knocked the f*ck out… AGAIN!? Last night during a party at the W Hotel in Phoenix two groups of men began arguing in the V.I.P. sections. Officers arrived and said they watched as a group of about six to eight guests exited the VIP area. Police said they saw one person, later identified as Robert Carnes Jr., punch Knight in the head two times.
The officers arrested Thomas Anderson (left) and Robert Carnes (right) and and booked them into Scottsdale City Jail last night. Carnes allegedly attempted to drop names to avoid arrest, as he told officers that he was Akon’s business manager. *Akon’s publicist later corrected Carnes in a statement released below.* Knight was transported to Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn Hospital, where he was treated for extensive facial injuries.
ANDERSON is charged with 1 count of misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. CARNES Jr. is charged with 1 count of Felony Aggravated Assault. (Felony charge is due to the severity of the victim’s injuries.)”
UPDATE: Akon’s people tell us, “Akon had already left the party and was in his hotel room at The W when the incident occurred.”
UPDATE: Akon’s publicist released the following statement about Robert Carnes Jr., the guy accused of beating Suge’s ass: “He is not Akon’s business manager, David Bolno is. He is with Akon’s camp.” (Source 1 and 2 )

The UNC Clef Hangers cover T-Pain’s “Buy U A Drank” and T.I.’s “Do It”. I really didn’t expect much when I pressed play and even got a flashback to Dreamgirls…*when Jimmy Early’s “Cadillac Car” song got ganked by the white stations* but the Clef Hangers did their thang. Props to them for getting the words right… *sigh*
