Things are about to get really interesting in the custody battle between Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Glover Raymond.

As you know, there have been many questions raised about the case and the details surrounding the judge’s decision to award primary custody to the busy R&B superstar.

There were also questionable issues brought up about Usher’s attorney’s relationship with the judge who ruled in the case.

Usher & Tameka returned to court just last week after Tameka’s attorney filed a motion asking for the judge to recuse herself from the case and another requesting a new trial.

Fast forward to last night. A CBS Atlanta News investigative report aired which reveals how some Georgia judges fail to disclose relationships they have with attorneys in open court and while the practice is legal, it raises questions about how fairly the judges dispense justice.

Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond appeared in Fulton Court court yet again to hash out additional details of their child support agreement.

As you know, Usher was awarded Primary custody of the couple’s two young sons but Tameka’s attorneys filed two motions that allowed the original joint custody order to be stayed temporarily.

Today’s court hearing was held to address those motions and the judge allowed each side a few moments to express their concerns.

Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka’s bitter custody battle continues.

For the record, there has been no decision from the judge regarding Tameka’s motion for a new trial and the couple currently maintains the original “joint” custody agreement that was in place prior to Usher seeking sole custody.

Tameka Raymond‘s 3 day interview with Entertainment Tonight! continues this evening for the final segment but it seems to me that we’ve all been denied the ability to see it in it’s entirety.
