Lil Wayne is known for proudly stuntin his diamond studded grille but after having major dental surgery he’s removed the bottom set.
Wayne, who’s scheduled to report to jail in about 7 days (and counting), got a few extra days of freedom for the dental procedure, which included receiving eight root canals in a single session last Tuesday.
The eight-hour procedure included the addition of new teeth implants, as well as the restructuring of a few current tooth implants. There was also additional repair work done on the few real teeth Wayne has left.

Shanell and Wayne’s budding romance is no surprise to most of us around town. The two hang out together often and are often spotted hugged up in the V.I.P.? I also heard that Wayne’s “engagement” to Nivea has been OFF for quite some time now and she’s been rockin the ring to save face.

Shanell aka SNL?s celebrated her birthday with a party at Club Primal in Atlanta, Georgia. She was joined by her sis D. Woods (formerly of Danity Kane) and fellow “Girls Club” member Mika Means. Of course a party wouldn’t be a party without her Young Money label mates Lil Wayne and Drizzy Drake adding to the crew.

Lil Wayne and his new artist Shanell (aka SNL) tear up the stage during a performance of “Lollipop” while on the AMW Tour. In the above video, Shanell breaks it down as she backs it up on Wayne and he pulls her hair.? A few months back I’d heard that Shanell was putting the moves on Wayne but she quickly denied all those nasty rumors. One things for sure…she can’t deny the chemistry the two have onstage!
