TMZ is reporting that the body of deceased singer Sean Levert is still in the custody of the Cuyahoga County Coroner

According to the Coroner, the body remains a “guest” at the Coroner’s office while Levert’s wife tries to decide whether to hold a private or public service. The 39-year-old died late Sunday after being restrained in a Cleveland jail.

R&B singer Sean LeVert was pronounced dead after midnight last night. Sean, 39, was the younger brother of Gerald LeVert and was a member of the band “LeVert.”

LeVert, who was being held in jail for allegedly failing to pay about $80,000 in child support was found unresponsive.? Preliminary reports speculate that he may have had an anxiety attack while in custody.
