The BET Hip-Hop Awards has officially taken over Atlanta!
Last night, NYC-based marketing/PR firm the 135th Street Agency kicked off? the awards festivities with its 5th Annual BBQ, which was held in Atlanta for the first time.Over 400 VIPs packed Piedmont Park’s Magnolia Hall, including event co-hosts Fonzworth Bentley and Kelly G (BET’s EVP, Music Programming), along with featured DJs Drama, Trauma and Traci Steele.
Spotted in the crowd of party goers were Da Brat, Ray J, Devyne Stephens, Dondria, Lil Duval, French Montana, Verse Simmonds, Jovita Moore (WSB TV anchor), Kwanza Hall (Atlanta City Council), Faune Watkins (actress & wife of Derek Watkins aka Fonzworth Bentley), D.Woods, Shanti Das, Derek J and more.

Video Footage of Ray J v. Fabolous Fight… [And 50 Cent Was Right in the Middle]
Apparently Ray J decided to confront Fabolous at Moon nightclub inside The Palms Casino about some things Fab had been saying about him on twitter and the two began to brawl.
Crazy thing is… 50 Cent was smack dabb in the middle of the entire thing!
TMZ obtained footage of the Vegas nightclub brawl between Ray J and Fabolous and in the clip you can see Fiddy (in the same bright Orange shirt he wore in the ring with Mayweather), standing between Ray and Fabolous … with a big ass grin.
Apparently Fiddy had been egging on the whole thing by Ray to confront Fabolous… and the rest is history.
When the two started to actually fight, Fiddy jumped in to break things up.? Since Ray J allegedly started the fight, he was booted from the club? — but he was not arrested.

B2K’s Raz B is at it again. In fact, he’s on an effin’ roll!
Not only did he just release a video where he provided graphic details of a “suck fest” between him and former B2K bandmate J-Boog, but now he’s released a new video in which he “secretly” records his friend Ray J.
Somewhere down the line, Raz B dropped Ray J?s name during his ongoing smear campaign against Chris Stokes, insinuating that Ray J once confirmed his gay accusations.? I missed that segment of this ongoing saga but apparently Ray J wanted Raz to clear his name and to clarify the situation.

Boo’d Up ~ Ray J & Whitney Houston Hit the Town in Atlanta…
Ray J and his rumored cougar piece, Whitney Houston, were spotted at The Capital Grille in Buckhead, Atlanta last night.
Ray J, 29, and Houston, 47, smiled as the paparazzi flashbulbs popped. Ray was in town for the 2010 Soul Train awards but took the opportunity to network in Atlanta’s music scene.
I was invited to Ray J’s private meet & greet at Strait’s last night but wasn’t able to make due to “Falcons” fever. (Did you catch it last night? 🙂 )
Anyway, while I was in the Georgia Dome, Ray J was politickin’ in the “A”. His meet & greet was to promote his 5th studio album, Raydiation 2, which will feature production from the Grammy Award-winning, Rodney ?Darkchild? Jerkins and hit-maker Dr. Luke.
The first single from the album, ?Last Wish?, acts as the sequel to his 2005 hit ?One Wish?. Funny how Ray J. pulls out Whitney for blog hits!
