Nas performed dayum near his entire catalog at Thursday night’s BMI Unsigned Artists Showcase. In the clips that I’ve posted below, he’s performing “Black President” “I Want to Talk To” and “My President is Black” as well as “Street Dreams” & “If I Ruled the World”.? His performance was amazing but my videos are lacking. Blame that loud “A”zz speaker I was standing next to… 😆

The Hawks lost last night but of course Philip’s Arena was filled with celebrity spectators. Takeo Spikes, Young Jeezy and Nas were all spotted chillin solo courtside, while T.I. and Tiny were boo’d up and enjoying the game.

The object of my lust and affection, Young Jeezy, was spotted chillin in the VIP last night at Luckie Food Lounge. Oh yeah, so were Tip and Tiny, Nassir Jones and his crew and more. There was a whole lot going on in Atlanta last night: the Mike Jones/Bun B/Paul Wall free concert, the Hawks playoff game, the Cavi Mixer at the W. Dayum!? And my “A”zz was stuck at the hospital! *sigh* a story for another day. But after everything died down, most people migrated over to Luckie for Wednesday night’s Investment Club.

Tip was spotted at the Hawks game last night.
I wonder if that was before or after the Hawk got loose?
The game had to be postponed for a while in the first half after Spirit (the mascot) got loose and flew all around the arena. When the players spotted the bird, they refused to go on until the handler could get the birdie in control.<~ wimps! 😆 If that was a tactic, it didn’t really matter….cause the Heat still won (108-93).

Akon was joined by Young Jeezy on Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform his hit, “I’m So Paid”. ?The two closed the show and Jeezy’s spot was cut as the credits were rolling. ?Speaking of Jeezy, he’s released yet another?behind the scenes video for “My President is Black” featuring Nas. In the clip, Jeezy explains the concept behind the video and how he celebrated President-elect Barack Obama’s historic victory by driving down Peachtree with the doors up on his Blue Lambo.
