Former TV star Maia Campbell, daughter of late novelist Bebe Moore Campbell and former co-star of the series “In The House”? has surfaced in a second online viral video in which she appears incoherent and out of control.

It’s really sad to see someone who was that beautiful and had so much going for them fall so far.

Last September, Maia became an internet sensation after she was caught on tape by an LA rapper who claimed she asked for crack cocaine in lieu of payment for appearing in his music video. [CLICK HERE to watch.]

After Campbell’s first tape, it was revealed that the actress was suffering from mental illness in addition to her drug use. [READ: The Sad Truth About Maia Campbell] and it seemed things were looking up for the former child star.

Maia’s family even spoke out on her behalf in a prepared statement released to the media. Now, after reportedly going through treatment, Maia’s alarming new video is almost as bad as the first:

The new video shows Maia babbling nonsensical phrases to someone inside of a house, and later to anyone within earshot while pacing up and down a Los Angeles street. The people taping are clearly aware of who she is and the value of their recording…. you can even hear one girl yelling “Do you know who that is? That’s Maia Campbell from ‘In the House’.”

Maia was spotted “clean & sober” back in February of this year, but that didn’t last too long.? Last month she charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, and driving without a license and a probation violation after pulled over by police for erratic driving, a search of her vehicle turned up one vial of cocaine.

This young lady seriously needs our prayers…
