Actress Maia Campbell, the former ‘In The House’ cast member has apparently fallen off the wagon and posed for the mugshot above after being arrested in an Atlanta suburb.
Campbell, 38, seemed well on her way to getting her life together after appearing on Iyanla Vanzant’s ‘Fix My Life’ back in 2012 (click HERE if you missed that) and she was even spotted out afterwards, appearing hopeful that she was progressing and moving forward with raising her daughter.

But as of today’s date, Maia has already been arrested twice this year! The first time was at an Atlanta area Burger King, where she allegedly cursed out a family and accused a child of stealing her wallet and most recently, Maia was arrested after being drunk & disorderly at a Riverdale, Georgia Waffle House. *sigh*
