Brandon White, 20, was apparently targeted because of his clothing and a group of men assaulted him without provocation, yelling gay slurs throughout the attack.

White bravely came forward to address the beating he suffered, which became a viral video after being recorded by the gang of thugs.
?I don?t bother anyone. I felt that if a straight person could walk to the store and not have a problem, I should be able to do the same thing.?
White initially planned to keep silent about the attack but decided to speak out after video of the attack went viral, explaining he doesn’t want his attackers to get the last word. [*Amen!*]

A shocking video recently went viral that showed members of an Atlanta street gang filmed beating a man because he was wearing skinny jeans.
Surveillance video from the JVC Grocery, located in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of SE Atlanta, shows a young man (dressed in all black) walking into a store while looking down at his cell.? As he comes out of the store, several men ambushed and brutally attacked him without cause.
In the video, the men are clearly yelling “No F*ggots in Jack City” as they assault the innocent teen.
[Sidebar: I totally blame Marko Marlo Hampton for her casual use of that same “F” word on national television. But I digress…]
The victim, who has not been disclosed, has reportedly not stopped crying since the beating and family members say he was too afraid to report the crime to the police.
It was the attention from the disturbing viral video that got investigators interested in finding the perpetrators of this senseless crime.

A wealthy Florida businessman has legally adopted his 42-year-old girlfriend as his daughter in a move critics say will protect the man’s assets during an upcoming lawsuit.
Polo Club Palm Beach founder John Goodman, 48, adopted his longtime partner Heather Laruso Hutchins, 42, in October of last year. Goodman is currently involved in a lawsuit with the parents of a 23-year-old man killed in an automobile accident he was invovled in and attorneys say adopting his girlfriend was an unprecedented move to shield his assets.

Andre Davis, the former professional wrestler who was found guilty of not disclosing his POSITIVE HIV status to several sex partners has been sentenced.

Davis, 29, who used stage names including Gangsta of Love and Sweet Sexy Sensation, was convicted back in November of 14 counts of felonious assault for having sex with women without telling them he’d tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS.
