For the record, the couple’s two children Naviyd (4) and Usher V “Cinco” (5) are now finally home with their mom, the first time since Cinco almost drowned at his father’s Atlanta home. She joyfully shared photos of lil Cinco as he showed off his cast free arm.
Tameka has been speaking to mainstream media about the situation, starting first with ABC’s Good Morning America yesterday morning (click HERE if you missed that).
Later in the evening, the network ran the interview in it’s entirety on Nightline and Raymond revealed more about the psychiatric examinations that she and Usher BOTH were subjected to, stating:

That’s what actually the diagnosis was… we all have a little narcissistic personality disorder especially those of us in the limelight but I don’t think it’s something that affects your parenting.
