Super producer Jermaine Dupri is headed back to court to face claims from his former business partner.
Eddie Weathers filed a civil lawsuit against Dupri on January 13, 2014 and is seeking at least $1 million in damages!
According to the legal documents, Weathers, Dupri?s former Dieniahmar Music LLC partner, claims they agreed to split profits 50/50 but he was purposely left out of a merger deal that cost him hundreds of thousands in royalties.
It was just last week that Christopher ‘Ludacris’ Bridges told a judge in his child support hearing that he’s suffering financially and can’t afford to pay the exorbitant amount of money his new baby mama, Tamika Fuller, is asking (click HERE if you missed that).

Now after spending months in court battling the issue, it seems the popular Atlanta-based rapper has had a conference with a few of his famous peers (i.e. Usher Raymond and Dwayne Wade).

Ludacris has now decided to flip the script on his newest baby mama… and seeks FULL custody of his kid!
But wait… he’s also asking for a judge to award HIM child support if his custodial request is granted.

Christopher ‘Ludacris’ Bridges & his newest baby mama, Tamika Fuller, returned to court this week.
As you know, the popular rapper/actor/entrepreNegro welcomed a new daughter for the new year? and he and his baby mama have been battling it out for months in Fulton County court over child support issues.

Atlanta rapper Trinidad James, best known for his hit song ‘All Gold Everything,’ posed for the mugshot above after he was arrested at a Batesville, Mississippi Holiday Inn last Friday (February 7, 2014).
Just 2 nights prior to his arrest, Trinidad was spotted hanging out in Atlanta with Diddy, T.I., Justin Bieber & More (click HERE if you missed that).
The colorful music artist was reportedly locked up by Panola County authorities for Marijuana possession after he was caught smoking weed in his hotel room…. but wait!
