Kanye West hit twitter last week and made light of his infamous Taylor Swift mic snatching incident in a comical note he sent to Britney Spears last Friday via Twitter.
Last Tuesday, Spears released a new song “Hold It Against Me,” that reached No. 1 on iTunes. Ironically, West and Jay-Z dropped their new track, “H.A.M.,” the same day, and it came in at No. 2.
West graciously acknowledged Spears’ chart victory with the following tweet:
Fans were divided but I thought it was hilarious that Kanye could laugh at himself.
Kanye has since deleted the tweet but his battle with the media rages on. After facing off with NBC?s Matt Lauer last year, the outspoken rapper took to Twitter to defend himself over the tweet.
?Ye?s comment apparently angered some Britney fans and others who interpreted it as a jab at the pop star. Some even felt that he was being insensitive about the whole Taylor Swift thing…. but Kanye insists it was not an attack on her and hit the tweets to explain: Continue Reading…
Everybody knows how much Kanye West loves furry things. Hell, his first 2 CD’s featured a dayum Teddy Bear mascot, he recruited muppets for his “Champion” video and after seeing him rock that bear suit one too many times, I’ve even questioned if Ye had a furry fetish of some sort.
But I digress…
I write all that to note that is shouldn’t be a surprise that Kanye’s official video for “Monster” has been remixed muppet style and is starring a few characters from Sesame Street.
