Jermaine Jackson, 52, has been hit with a lawsuit, alleging he has failed to pay more than $35,000 in child support payments. Jackson’s ex, Alejandra Jackson filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming Jermaine owes nearly $35,550 for the upkeep for their two children, Jermajesty and Jaffar.? Alejandra states her ex-husband’s mother Katherine has had to help her out financially and has even given her “gift cards ranging between $300 and $400 to purchase groceries for thier children.? Alejandra also accuses Jermaine of lying to the court when he claimed he only made $35,000 in 2008.
What’s crazy about this entire scenario is that Jermaine’s ex-wife was also once involved with his little brother Randy and in addition to Jermaine’s two sons, Alejandra has two teenage children from her previous relationship with Randy ? Genevieve, 17, and Randy Jr., 14 and Jermaine has six other children from previous relationships.

T. Pain arrives at a party in a customized hearse bumpin’ Jay-Z’s “D.O.A.” with a coffin in the back.? Upon further inspection, the coffin contains Pain’s signature top hat, a grill and his Big Ass Chain. Hmmm…. what’s going on here? Is this the death of T. Pain’s former image or is he throwing autotunes away for good?

Usher Raymond‘s 911 call regarding the vandalization of his vehicle has been released to the masses. In the call, Usher claims that after a domestic altercation with his soon to be, almost ex-wife Tameka Foster Glover Raymond, his car had been keyed.? In case you missed details of both police reports earlier, this is audio of the 2nd call.? In it Usher explains he’d just called the cops the night before to file “a complaint because of potential domestic violence between me and my ex wife.”

Usher Raymond IV and his almost ex-wife, Tameka Foster Glover Raymond are still battling it out in their nasty divorce proceedings. Claims have been made that Usher has been refusing to sign the papers, while his camp claims that it’s the judge that holding up the documents. Whatever the case, Usher seems to have moved on with his life and is busy promoting his upcoming project, appropriately entitled Raymond v. Raymond, while his soon to be ex is busy racking up criminal complaints.
The drama seemed to unfold as Usher leaked a track early last week called “Papers” that basically ethered his soon to be ex (Click to listen/download). Tameka then fired back by writing an essay that I wasn’t interested enough to read. It was revealed later by TMZ that just days prior to the release of the “diss” track the singer had to involve the authorities to keep Tameka at bay.? Ursh had to call the cops not once… but twice! Even accusing Meka of scaling fences OJ style sneaking onto his property and scratching up one of his vehicles.
