The divorce papers have been filed, the attorneys have all been hired and now the good part begins. The full divorce documents have been revealed and it appears that Usher’s been gone long before our assumption of early this year.? Divorce documents indicate that the two have lived apart since July 2008, spending not even a year together as a married couple after tying the knot August 3, 2007:

“The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken,” read the documents, filed in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court.

“There is no reasonable hope of reconciliation.”

Typical divorce? I dunno. Strange thing is…Mrs. Raymond, who’s professed through her attorney’s to be a loving and selfless wife, hired a private investigator to trail Usher soon after he split. Usher’s attorneys are seeking those surveillance documents from Tameka, as well as any “notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes” or other evidence that reflects on Usher’s conduct during their marriage, as well as detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either “surveillance or investigation.” They also seek “any and all diaries or personal notes kept?during the course of the marriage.”
