Lil Wayne’s Zebra leopard print jeggings (Jeans + Legging) have been a hot topic since they made an appearance on the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards stage.

My first thought was that those pants looked awfully familiar, almost like the kind Weezy’s 12 year old daughter Reginae (aka LaQuisha from Bunker Hill) would wear.

Welp… it’s now been revealed that Wayne’s pants WERE actually a pair of women’s jeggings!!!

Forget robbing the bank! Atlanta thieves have figured out that Weave is more valuable than gold around these here parts.

You’ve got to be dayum near blind to NOT see the value of QUALITY human hair extensions.

Don’t blame Beyonce, cause it’s NOT just a black thing.

Lindsey Lohan, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian all do it too… hell even Michael Jackson (R.I.P.) knew the importance of a quality hair weave/wig.

Street hustlers have apparently discovered that there’s huge money to be made from selling hair to a “weave queen” (of which I am one) and they’ve begun to target beauty supply stores.

Battle of the ‘Booty’ Shorts: Shaunie O’Neal vs. Ciara… [PHOTOS]

Shaunie O’Neal and Ciara had a similar thought about their attire last night as they hit the red carpet of the album release party for Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter IV”.

Shaunie, the divorced mom of 5 kids and executive producer/background participant of VH1’s Basketball Wives, rocked a pair of denim cut offs paired with a Black tank and bright suede pumps.

Shaunie also has a new doo, trading her short sleek style for a few longer tracks (which she wore in a ponytail).

The much younger CiCi took a similar route with her ‘booty’ shorts, pairing with a sheer tank and black Christian Louboutin Pumps.

Is rocking booty shorts or daisy dukes a crime now?

Legal opinions vary, but for those of you who have a big “A”zzz, rocking cheek baring shorts could definitely get you arrested.? 😯

Being that many cities have adopted policies on urban gear like saggin’ pants, it’s only fair that you ladies be forced to wear “socially accepted” attire as well.

That being said… two chicks were recently arrested for wearing shorts that revealed too much of their bodacious booties.

Atlanta?s own Derek J returns for season 2 of Oxygen’s “Hair Battle Spectacular” and was spotted last night in “all gold everything”… rocking short shorts and pumps on the red carpet of the premiere party held at Ricky’s NYC Revolver Salon last night (August 15, 2011).

Derek returns to the show in his role as the primary mentor and judge.

Derek, owner of Atlanta’s The J. Spot salon, is the only original judge returning from Season 1.

?Baywatch? actress Brooke Burns is also gone as the hostess, replaced by former ?America?s Next Top Model? winner Eva Marcille.
