It’s only been a day since Bobbi Kristina’s death was announced but authorities are reportedly already gearing up for a homicide investigation.

If you recall, a few weeks ago it was revealed that Bobbi Kristina’s case file had been transferred to The Fulton County District Attorney’s office for review.

It’s been 6 months since the 22 year old daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in the bathtub at the home she shared with Nick Gordon, and now that Krissi has died, her death is officially being treated as a homicide.

As Bobbi Kristina Brown lies comatose in an Atlanta area hospice facility, the Marietta motorist injured in a car accident she had last January (prior to her current medical condition) has filed a lawsuit.

The lawsuit, filed by Russell J. Eckerman, is being brought against Bobbi Kristina by and through her guardians, her father and aunt Bobby Brown and Pat Houston, and the conservator of her estate, Bedelia Hargrove.
