Phillips, an advisor to US President Barack Obama, and then had them made into posters, after he returned to his wife.
YaVaughnie is said to have paid approximately $50,000 each for several billboards located in hot spots across the country. One in particular may have grabbed your eye if you’re in Atlanta.
