General Larry Patt may not have made it to the American Idol stage but he did make it to the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards. Platt, an Atlanta civil rights advocate turned Idol standout star, joked around with Ryan during rehearsals:

…then performed his catchy tune with a slew of belts (a capella I must add) for the world to see during the Grammy pre-show.? Word is….Platt didn’t get a ticket to the show, but at least he made it to the red carpet!
