It’s a sad state of affairs in America when a man can snatch kids from a mother simply because he has the money to do so.

As you know, Usher Raymond filed suit against his ex-wife Tameka Raymond seeking sole custody of their 2 young sons, Usher V and Naviyd.

A few days after closing arguments were heard in the months long battle, the judge issued a ruling regarding Tameka’s counterclaims in the lawsuit.

An official ruling was made in the custody battle today and sadly the judge ruled in Usher’s favor.

As you know, Usher is seeking sole custody of the couples two young sons, Usher Raymond V, 5, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3, and the statements heard inside that Fulton County courtroom would make for a hellavu great movie.

The storyline would go something like this:

a superstar R&B singer marries a woman who his family doesn’t like. He makes a few babies, but realizes his fans don’t like the “married” version of himself. Instead of riding for his family, he decides to ride for his career. Divorces his ex (but only on paper) and then proceeds to “pretend” to be single… but all the while he’s dipping in and out of his now “ex” wife’s bed. ?Fast forward a few years and his star has risen significantly and he’s chosen to move on… but wait… there’s one problem. His “ex” wife who has custody of his kids, wants to move on too and his ego won’t allow it, especially if she chooses to move on to another high-profile entertainer.?

But I digress… that’s merely my imagination… this is “real” life. ?Add in the fact that Tameka just buried one of her sons a few weeks ago and we get a story that would melt even the most heartless among us.

The pair returned to Atlanta’s Fulton County courthouse yesterday, where Usher took the stand in his quest to seek SOLE CUSTODY of their two young sons.

Tameka,who is still recovering from the death of her 11 year old son, Kile,?sat quietly throughout Usher’s cross-examination.
