Word on the curb is that sexy R&B singer Tank has given Manny Halley the boot.
Tank, whose last album was 2010?s Now Or Never, is rumored to have fired Halley and Imani Entertainment citing ?creative differences? with the way his career was being handled.
Kandi Burruss celebrated the release of her highly anticiapted album, “Kandi Coated” last week at Atlanta’s W Hotel Whiskey Park lounge.
The Real “Housewife” of Atlanta partied the night away with a host of friends, family and supporters, including former RHOA castmate Lisa Wu-Hartwell & her hubby Ed, producer Jazze Pha, label-mate Tank, Roger Bob (Tyler Perry Studios), RHOA “Closet Freak” singing sensation Lawrence Washington, Rasheeda and more.
The R&B songstress performed several tracks from the project, including her first single ?I Ain?t Thru?, and ballads ?If I Fall In Love Again? and ?Sometimes?. Tank even appeared to perform the duet of ?Tired of Doing Me.?

Singer/Songwriter/Sexpot Tank performed at Atlanta’s Centerstage theatre? last week in celebration of the release of his “Now or Never” CD.? Tank did a few crowd favorites like “Please Don’t Go” and “I Can’t Make You Love Me” before diving into his new single “Emergency”.
To the delight of the crowd, Tank shed his shirt to reveal his toned abs and became a “love doctor”…
Tank chose one lucky lady on which to perform his “Emergency” services. He laid her across a gurney, climbed on top and got freaky onstage!
R&B Singer/Songwriter Tank held an intimate dinner at Straits restaurant in Atlanta last week in celebration of his upcoming CD ?Now or Never,? which is being released under his new record label, Atlantic Records.
Special thanks to Atlantic, Straits, 135th Street Agency, and Remy Martin, who combined forces for a wonderful intimate evening with Tank, who kept it real as he personally entertained a table full of Atlanta’s tastemakers, which included a select group of bloggers, media specialists and journalists.
We left the event with a new understanding of the talented artist as well was our own advance copies of “Now or Never” to review.
