I can’t take it. ?Atlanta’s Fox 5 has decided to do an investigative report on The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s?Linnethia “NeNe” Leakes?and her husband Greg. ?They uncovered that the eviction was VERY REAL and that it was retracted only after an agreement had been reached for the unpaid rents and the couple left because they could not afford it.
Also in the report, Fox 5 revealed that Greg Leakes was a rental manager who screwed up horribly at his job. He was sued by a client after he rented their home to a friend who walked out on the lease. The client had to hire a private investigator to find the renter AND Greg Leakes and eventually sued both for several thousand dollars.
As of June this year, Greg Leakes no longer manages properties because the state requires him to have a license.

“I’ve not been evicted…I left on my own free will”
Ne Ne Leakes from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” hit up Atlanta’s WAGA-TV to discuss the news of her being evicted. ?She stated that the rumors were untrue and that she and her husband Greg got tired of people knocking on their door asking about the house, so they left on their own accord. ?
“We may as well leave…we can’t keep having people knock on the door asking about this house. So we decided to leave. Big Deal!”
I guess she cleared that up… 😕

Ne Ne Leakes, your favorite housewife on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, recently faced the recession head on. ?The breakout star of the popular show and her husband, real estate investor Gregory Leakes were recently evicted from the?5,000-square-foot, 5-bedroom home shown on the hit Bravo series. Per the AJC, the couple received notice, filed Sept. 24, which claimed that they owed $6,240 in past rent.
The notice, filed Sept. 24 with the Magistrate Court of Gwinnett County, said Greg Leakes owed $6,240 in past due rent. ?The tenant said they would move by Sept. 14th because they could no longer afford the house,? the notice said.
The owner of the home, Kajani Shenaz Ali, lives overseas, Pierce said. Online records show the home in the gated community of Stonebrier at Sugarloaf, was purchased for $829,400 in September 2006. Pierce said the Leakeses moved into the home shortly after it was built in 2006.
If you missed Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion special, you should be beating yourself right now…or at least checking to see when it’ll air again! 😆 The fights were fantastic and the tidbits that were revealed were priceless. ?Ne-Ne revealed Kim as the true “low budget b*tch” as she (Kim) was the first of the crew to begin spewing profanity. ?Lisa revealed that she can fight with the best of ’em. ?Sheree revealed that she and NeNe were once great friends and seemed to be leaning towards being “friendly” again. DeShawn, revealed that she ain’t the one to be making a fool of herself on camera, as she was the only one who really “kept it classy” (as Sheree would say).
One major item to note is when Kim claims that she wears that big “A”ssed blonde wig because she once had Cancer…almost had cancer…thought she had cancer. ?She touched a bit on “Big Papa” but of course, we already have that one down pat (Click Here if you missed Big Papa’s coming out party). One thing that I found interesting is that Kim mentioned their relationship would be revealed “next season”…who cares about her. ?I’m just ecstatic that there will be another season of this madness!! 🙂
