Kim Zolciak showed off her bikini body a few weeks ago in Destin, Florida where she and her growing family vacationed during Memorial Day weekend.
It’s only been about 9 months since Zolciak gave birth to her 4th child, a son she named Kash (aka the name ‘stolen’ from RHOA co-star Kandi Burruss)…

…but what was most notable about Kimmy’s swimwear wasn’t her hot, tight, bikini body… it was her bulging mid-section, which is rumored to be filled with baby number FIVE (3rd by current husband Kroy Biermann).
The 40-something mother of four is building a mini team of Biermann’s for her NFL baller boo, but it seems she’s having a hard time giving up her bad habits.? If you recall, Kim, who proudly proclaims to have been a nurse at one time, was once caught smoking by a fan during one of her recent pregnancies, who captured it on film at a Falcon’s game!
