The last time I saw Frankie Lons, Keyshia Cole’s bio mom, she was cussing me out for calling her by her gov’ment name (click HERE if you missed that).
Frankie has apparently?cleared her warrants?exorcised whatever demons that were forcing her to reject her birth name and is now quite ok with having it mentioned in the public since she’s recently filed a lawsuit of her own.
Lons reportedly had an altercation with a hotel sign in Cali that got the best of her, so now she’s suing the hotel for damages.

Keyshia Cole‘s husband Daniel “Booby” Gibson was reportedly arrested in New Orleans earlier today (July 29, 2013).
27-year-old Gibson, a pro ball player who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers last season, turned himself in to the New Orleans Police Department this morning to face assault and battery charges, stemming from an incident which occurred during the Essence Festival.

Details surrounding the alleged assault and battery are unclear, but Gibson was processed and released from custody at 11:09 AM and cops have not identified the accuser.

Keyshia Cole?and her adorably baller boo Daniel “Booby” Gibson were spotted hugged up on many occasions during the 2013 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans last weekend (July 4-7, 2013).
The 3 day music event attracted over 40,000 concertgoers each night and Keyshia, who was a featured performer on the mainstage of the Mercedes Benz Superdome on Day 2, partied each night alongside the likes of?Deborah Cox, Tamia and Kelly Price.
Beyonce hit the stage as the headliner on Day 3 and a few of you messy naysayers anxiously anticipated Keyshia’s every move. ?Yeah… we all know how she feels about Bey’s “Bow Down” single:
