Nene Leakes was all smiles as she was spotted leaving Mr. Chow Restaurant in L.A. this past weekend.
You may have heard by now that Leakes recently dropped almost a million dollars to settle her tax debt (click HERE if you missed that), so I’m sure she’s feeling footloose and fancy free these days.

Fox TV’s Empire is bringing the HEAT this season… figuratively and literally!
This week’s episode is titled ‘The Rise of Sine’ and the popular hip-hop drama shocked fans as one of it’s main characters took a bullet and was left bleeding on the red carpet.

Hakeem struggles to find a place for his fianc?, Laura, in his career and family; Cookie reveals the truth about Freda’s father to Jamal; Jamal makes a sacrifice for Lucious.

Empire aired the 8th episode of it’s 2nd season last night (November 18, 2015).

This week’s episode is titled ‘My Bad Parts’ and it featured a musical rap battle between Lucious Lyon’s new rapper Freda Gatz (aka TasiaLoaf), and his son Hakeem.
Synopsis:
Lucious, eager to assert his power, releases a rap by Freda challenging Hakeem as his heir. Not to be outdone in Lucious’ eyes, Hakeem fires back at Freda with a rap battle challenge that could put Lyon Dynasty’s future in danger.
Meanwhile, Cookie gets a special visit from her spitfire sister, Candace (guest star Vivica A. Fox), Jamal is working on landing a major sponsorship deal and Anika receives some life changing news.
Jussie Smollett, renowned actor of FoxTV’s hit show Empire and face of Sean John?s Fall/Holiday 2015 Dream Big Campaign, made an appearance at Macy?s Lenox Square in Atlanta, Georgia last Saturday (November 14, 2015).
In light of Sean John?s ‘Dream Big’ Campaign, which features young influencers living out their dreams far beyond limitation, the brand partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta in selecting ten deserving kids to meet the campaign star.
Smollett, who truly exemplifies the meaning of the ‘Dream Big’ concept through his many accomplishments, presented a check to the organization to further support their efforts.
Also during the event, Atlanta?s City Councilman Kwanza Hall presented Smollett with a proclamation to the city of Atlanta (one of the highest honors presented to esteemed residents and visitors to the city).
