Newsflash! Tupac’s musical legacy is reportedly protected from Afeni Shakur’s ex-husband’s itchy fingers.
As you know, Afeni unfortunately passed away yesterday of an apparent heart attack and conspiracy theorist pounced on the fact that she was going through a messy divorce.

While there’s been no suggestion of foul play, many questioned if Afeni’s soon to be ex-husband, Gust Davis, would be able nab Tupac’s remaining assets now that Afeni is no longer around to protect them… well, it seems Tupac’s mom made sure that there were specific stipulations on what to do with the funds in the event of her death, and her ex-husband’s name wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the paperwork.
