Who didn’t see this coming? (raises hand)

30 something Kim Zolciak and her 26 year old baller boo Falcons player Kroy Biermann are the proud parents of a 4 month old son, Kroy, jr. and now the two are officially engaged.

The two met a little over a year ago during Sheree Whitfield’s dancing for dollars fundraiser and Kim promptly sunk her hooks into her boy toy by getting knocked up within weeks of their meeting (WEEKS! Kim wasn’t playing!).

What’s that saying again? ‘First comes baby, then comes love, then comes baby daddy with a wedding ring?’

Well Kroy finally popped the question recently and Zolciak notified the world via the social networking site Twitter:

Fantasia Barrino Wants To Clear Up A Few Things (So She Called Wendy Williams)… [VIDEO]

Fantasia recently released a few photos from her baby shower where she and her baby daddy to-be Antwuan Cook appeared ecstatic over the joy of their new child.

Rumors continue to swirl that Cook is still legally married (based on an open court case) and that Tasia’s role in Mahalia Jackson’s biopic is in jeopardy because of her lifestyle and pregnancy.

Well Tasia wants to clear it all up so she placed a CALL into The Wendy Williams show yesterday (photos used in the post are from a previous episode) to clarify a few things that are being said about her and her boo.

The world is still reeling about Beyonce’s baby bump deflating on LIVE television when she appeared on Sunday Night HD.

The unfortunate incident added fuel to rumors that Beyonce has been wearing a prosthetic baby bump to make her look further along in her pregnancy that she actually is, a rumor denies, even after the seemingly indisputable video evidence.

According to Starcasm, a spokesman for the mommy to-be talked with ABC News yesterday and called the rumors ?stupid, ridiculous and false.?

[Sidebar: Are the rumors ?stupid, ridiculous, and false? or is it Beyonce?s baby bump that’s “stupid, ridiculous and false”? Hmmmm…]

Why on earth would Beyonce rock a fake baby bump you ask?? Well many suspect that Bey doesn’t want to ruin her figure carrying her own child, so she and husband Jay-Z have hired a surrogate to do it for her.

But wait…? while the surrogate rumor may be a bit overboard, some have speculated that Bey & Jay’s love of attention and money is the root of it all. Debating that perhaps Bey wants to be seen as bigger than she actually is so that she can make money from her pregnancy.

Lil Wayne was spotted chilling courtside Friday evening at Philips Arena in Atlanta during the WNBA championship series (October 7, 2011).

Weezy took in Game 3?between the Minnesota Lynx and Atlanta Dream and showed his support for Lynx guard Seimone Augustus by sporting her #33 jersey.

Looks like Weezy is about the make the WNBA cool…. thoughts?

GA Teacher Who Lost Job Over Facebook Loses Court Battle Too…

When was the last time you worried about your online reputation? Whether you think so or not, you could have an online reputation that could cause problems with your current employer.

That was the case with Bartow County school teacher, Ashely Payne. Payne lost her job after school officials questioned her about images posted on her Facebook page.

Payne says she was forced to resign from her job at Apalachee High School in August 2009 after someone claiming to be a parent sent an email complaining about her vacation pictures.

At issue were several shots of Payne smiling while holding alcoholic beverages during a trip to Europe and there was also a Facebook status update Payne had written, stating she was headed to a game of “Crazy Bitch Bingo” at a Midtown restaurant.

The young teacher subsequently filed a lawsuit, asking the court to determine that she was entitled to a due process hearing. She also sought back pay and money for legal fees, however Superior Court Judge Chief Judge David Motes ruled against her yesterday.

In the ruling, Motes notes that Georgia law maintains that if employees resign, even when their hands are forced, it doesn’t equal an involuntary termination.

Whooda thought that one could lose a job over a photo holding an alcoholic beverage? 😕

Nappy Roots Releases “Nappy Dot Org” TODAY + New Music “Congratulations” [PHOTOS + AUDIO]

Grammy award winning, platinum selling rap group Nappy Roots held a listening session last week (October 2nd) for their new cd “Nappy Dot Org,” which hit shelves today (October 11, 2011).

Nappy Dot Org is the latest offering from Nappy Roots and they enlisted Atlanta-based production trio Organized Noize to produce the new album.

Organized Noize members Rico Wade, Ray Murray and Sleepy Brown, fellow ATLiens known for creating hits with OutKast, Goodie Mob and the rest of the Dungeon Family, took on the task producing tracks that accentuated Nappy Roots’ signature “country boy” sound.

How can we ever forget the addictive twang of “AwNaw (Hell Naw)“?
