Nene Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta played hostess last night to the Neiman Marcus Tea Party.

As I revealed earlier today in my RHOA Season 5 cast update, Phaedra Parks, Kandi Burruss and newbie Kenya Moore?all hit the party together as a group and one of my loyal readers (@nakntt) hipped me to the tea…

Apparently the ladies were all dressed up to attend Nene’s tea party, which blogger Tammy Reed (TalkingWithTami) reveals was also being taped for the upcoming 5th season!

Kim Zolciak (who I heard is back in Leakes’ good graces since Sheree Whitfield got the boot) and Cynthia Bailey were also there up under Nene’s wing.

WTF?!? Lauryn Hill Says She Withdrew From Society So She Doesn’t Owe Taxes… [STATEMENT]

For whatever reason, Lauryn Hill?felt the need to explain those tax evasion charges that were brought against her by the IRS yesterday.

Ms. Hill fires back at the accusations that she owes at least 3 years worth of federal taxes with a lengthy letter posted online.

The 37-year-old former Fugee claims that she removed herself and her family from society during that three year period in order to ?keep them safe, healthy, and free from danger.?

Yesterday, one of my twitter followers (@Crockettll) hilariously tweeted?“She don’t pay taxes in her world aka Mars!” and according to Lauryn’s long drawn out explanation, it looks like he was right!

BET’s THE GAME Seeks Younger Couple To Replace Derwin & Melanie + Season 5 Finale [FULL VIDEO]

You may have heard by now that Tia Mowry (Melanie) of BET’s popular sitcom The Game was fired from the show a few weeks ago and Pooch Hall (Derwin) is said to have been so upset that he reportedly walked out on his own.

BET released an official statement confirming that the cute onscreen couple won’t be returning, stating:

After five seasons on The Game, Pooch Hall and Tia Mowry will not return as regular cast members on season six on BET Networks.

As a result of Pooch?s involvement on a new project, BET is in the process of reworking the casting and storyline of the show. That said, we hope both Pooch and Tia will make several guest appearances.

While we will miss the incredible adventures of Melanie and Derwin on The Game, we appreciate all of their hard work, the laughs and wish them both the best on their future endeavors. (source)

In the finale, it was clear that the couple could possible return at some point. But BET is currently seeking new talent to fill both Tia and Pooch’s shoes.

Killer Mike?has finally released the visual for his hot song “Big Beast” from his recent R.A.P. Music album.

In the vid, Mike foils a violent convenience store robbery by using ruthless tactics to defeat sadistic criminals.

Fellow Southern emcees Bun B and T.I.?lend a hand and spit some a few bars, while regular collaborator El-P provides the production (and an unexpected cameo).

Mega church pastor?Creflo Dollar?is in deep trouble after an altercation that occurred in his Fayette County, Georgia home.

The 50-year old leader of World Changers Church International?has been arrested and is accused of beating his 15 year old daughter during an argument over a party.

Just for the record Dollar is the same Pastor who stood up for Bishop Eddie Long, telling people Long had simply had an “accident” when he was accused of sexual misconduct (CLICK HERE if you missed that)

Phaedra Parks and Kandi Burruss?and?of The Real Housewives of Atlanta recently revealed that they were spending an evening with Season 5 newbie Kenya Moore.

I was the first to tell y’all way back on May 5, 2012 that Kenya would be joining the cast and even though NeNe Leakes tried to cast doubt on my story with her statements on Wendy Williams‘ talk show, most of you guys know I would never steer you wrong (not on purpose anyway).

I love it when you guys pay attention!
