EXCLUSIVE! Usher Raymond & Ex- Wife Tameka Return to Court in Custody Battle… [PHOTOS]

Usher Raymond was spotted all smiles as he left Fulton County courthouse with his bodyguard by his side earlier today (October 24, 2012).

Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond appeared in Fulton Court court yet again to hash out additional details of their child support agreement.

As you know, Usher was awarded Primary custody of the couple’s two young sons but Tameka’s attorneys filed two motions that allowed the original joint custody order to be stayed temporarily.

Today’s court hearing was held to address those motions and the judge allowed each side a few moments to express their concerns.

As if on cue… embattled singer Bobby Brown takes over the headlines on the day his daughter Bobbi Kristina‘s new reality show is set to make it’s television premiere.

Brown was arrested for DUI earlier today (October 24, 2012). Its the SECOND time Brown has been arrested for dui this year, he was previously arrested back in March 2012.

Tameka Raymond shared a few photos recently of her two sons, Usher Raymond V (Cinco) and Navyid Raymond, as they spent a bit of family time enjoying the sunshine and mild temperature today (October 23, 2012).

We’ve had quite a few beautiful days in Atlanta and today was no different, but sunshine combined with quality time with her boys seemed to improve Tameka’s mood significantly.

Just last week Vivica Fox was spotted in NYC after leaving The Wendy Williams show and recently shared that she’s totally Team Obama.
