Less than 24 hours after being released from Atlanta’s Fulton County jail, Gucci Mane aka Radric Davis is back in the clink again!
After being indicted for allegedly assaulting a soldier with a bottle (click HERE if you missed that), Gucci was released Thursady (April 11) after posting $75,000 bond. But before Gucci could even get his champagne on ice to celebrate, he was arrested again late last night (April 12).

Word on the curb is that Love & Hip Hop Atlanta‘s Erica Dixon and Shay “Buckeey” Johnson got to scrappin’ during an event in Atlanta last night (April 11, 2013).

MediaTakeOut was first to report the incident, stating the Erica had pulled out a blade and cut Shay’s face, but both ladies have disputed their report… and even have photographic proof of it’s inaccuracy.
[Sidebar: I can proudly say that that’s why it sometimes pays to be “late” reporting a story like this because while there was definitely a fight last night… no one got cut.]
As stated a few weeks ago, Lil Scrappy and Erica parted ways and no longer live under the same roof (click HERE if you missed that), so he’s fell back in the arms of his fail safe BFF Shay.? Clearly, that doesn’t sit to well with Erica and there’s been animosity between she and Shay for months now.

I’m guilty myself of often utilizing my phone while behind the wheel and sadly, texting and driving and our fascination with technology has caused more than a few accidents.
Now parents of a 22 year old college student. who was recently killed in an automobile accident that occurred while he was texting, have released a photo of their son’s final text messages, in hopes that it will prevent others from texting and driving.
