Kandi, an award winning R&B performer/songwriter/producer, has worked hard this year with several new ventures and now she has a beautifully decorated home to return to at the end of her hard working day.

Phaedra Parks ‘Lies of A Housewife’ Defamation Lawsuit Delayed After Author’s Lawyer Quits!

Phaedra Parks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is suing one of her crazy obsessed fans, Angela Stanton, for defamation.

Stanton, who wrote the book Lies of a Real Housewife, had been dodging service of the suit for the longest but recently began sending out “press releases” announcing she was to face Parks in court.

Stanton and Parks were finally scheduled to face each other in court this month (July 18), that is… until Stanton got on twitter glorifying the incarceration of Park’s “key” witness, who happens to be Stanton’s baby daddy.

While some of you were silently cheering for Phaedra to fail, Stanton may have actually set up her own demise with a series of underhanded antics, which included this announcement on twitter.

PREMIERE PARTY: Meet The Cast of ‘R&B Divas: LA’ [PHOTOS] + Watch Episode #1 [FULL VIDEO]

The stars of ‘R&B Divas LA’ attended the Hollywood premiere event for the new TVOne reality show this past Monday (July 9, 2013).

Lil? Mo, Dawn Robinson, Michel?le, Chante Moore, Claudette Ortiz and Kelly Price all attended the event, held at The London in West Hollywood, California.

?R&B Divas LA? is a spin-off of ?R&B Divas,? which was originally set in Atlanta and featuring Faith Evans, KeKe Wyatt, Nickey Gilbert, Monifah Carter and Syleena Johnson.

While I couldn’t force myself to watch the Atlanta version of the show, the L.A. version has definitely caught my attention.

I honestly think it’s because the L.A. cast features a selection of ALL of my favorites and each and every L.A. cast member has music that I remember (but that’s just me).

Keyshia Cole Hits 2013 Essence Music Festival Main Stage + Returns For Beyonce Performance… [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Keyshia Cole?and her adorably baller boo Daniel “Booby” Gibson were spotted hugged up on many occasions during the 2013 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans last weekend (July 4-7, 2013).

The 3 day music event attracted over 40,000 concertgoers each night and Keyshia, who was a featured performer on the mainstage of the Mercedes Benz Superdome on Day 2, partied each night alongside the likes of?Deborah Cox, Tamia and Kelly Price.

Beyonce hit the stage as the headliner on Day 3 and a few of you messy naysayers anxiously anticipated Keyshia’s every move. ?Yeah… we all know how she feels about Bey’s “Bow Down” single:

But as I said then, many of you are totally wrong in your assessment of the situation and quite a few of you were shocked to hear that Keyshia and her hubby were front row center cheering Queen B on with the rest of the concert goers:
