A man proclaiming to a ‘DL Detective’ was reportedly shot by someone he outed on social media.

Markeith Rivers has gained somewhat of a social media following for exposing gay men on the ‘down low’ via hidden videos he then posts online.

Rivers has stated that he has a “calling” to expose ‘down low’ men, (those who purport to be hetero-sexual, but are secretly in relationships with men), to protect innocent woman who are being affected by the covert actions of DL men.

While specific details of the shooting are unknown, there’s been a buzz on social media for a few weeks now that Rivers was robbed and shot in his home state of North Carolina back in December by one of the men he exposed online.

Now Rivers has re-emerged with a statement and says it was definitely one of his conquests who tried to kill him.

Chateau Woes! #RHOA Sheree Whitfield’s Landscaper Files $10k Lawsuit for Unpaid Services…

Another day, another lawsuit for Sheree Whitfield of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

In the ongoing saga of her unfinished ‘Chateau Sheree,’ Whitfield is now faced with yet another legal battle.

Sheree has been busy pretending that she’s living in her uninhabitable Chateau (click HERE if you missed that), but it seems she’s not paying the people she hired to make it LOOK livable.

[FLASHBACK: Contractor Sues Sheree Whitfield Over Unfinished Chateau Construction Project… ]

Now another contractor, who she hired to assist her with landscaping and other work required to obtain her certificate of occupancy, is suing Sheree for over $10,000 for failing to pay. In new legal documents filed last week, the contractor claims Whitfield flat out told him she didn’t have the dough after he did the job, and later decided to refuse to pay him anything because she was ‘unsatisfied’.

Ronnie Devoe & Cast of ‘The New Edition Story’ Host Atlanta Screening… (PHOTOS + EXTENDED SNEAK PEEK)

New Edition member Ronnie Devoe joined the cast of BET Network’s upcoming ‘The New Edition Story’ for a private screening last Thursday evening.

BET invited a few die hard Atlanta ‘NE’ fans for a sneak preview of the unaired biopic, which will be aired in 3-parts later this month.

New Edition, the famed band that included Devoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell, Mike Bivins, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill are portrayed in the film by a select group of youngsters who embodied the essence of their youth.

The star-filled cast includes Bryshere Y. Gray, Elijah Kelley, Luke James, Keith Powers, Algee Smith, Woody McClain as NEW EDITION along with La La Anthony, Caleb McLaughlin, Yvette Nicole Brown, Monica Calhoun, Lisa Nicole Carson, Sandi McCree, Wood Harris, Michael Rapaport, Faizon Love, Duane Martin, Tank and Bre-Z.

The much-anticipated biopic will bring to life the story of the group that laid the foundation for how modern-day boy bands look, feel, and sound for over 30 years.

This week’s episode is appropriately titled, ‘Char-Lotta Drama’ as the ladies continue their drama-filled season with even more yelling, screaming and fake indignation.

Bravo synopsis:

Kenya is invited to host Peter’s grand opening of Club One in Charlotte, but Cynthia is disappointed to discover she was not invited to join the celebration. Meanwhile, Kandi feels betrayed by a former employee as she gears up for her Bedroom Kandi convention.

Shere? prepares to drop a fiery tell-all novel based on her life, while Porsha temporarily moves back in with her mom until she can find her dream home.

Phaedra gets a visit from an unexpected guest and Peter’s highly anticipated grand opening gets derailed by a few surprise visitors.
