Mugshot Mania ~ A McNuggets ‘Emergency’

Angered that her local McDonald’s was out of Chicken McNuggets, a Florida woman called 911 three times to report the fast food “emergency.” Latreasa Goodman, 27, last Saturday called police to complain that a cashier–citing a McDonald’s all sales are final policy–would not give her a refund.

When cops responded to the restaurant, Goodman told them, “This is an emergency. If I would have known they didn’t have McNuggets, I wouldn’t have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don’t want one.” Goodman noted, “I called 911 because I couldn’t get a refund, and I wanted my McNuggets,” according to the below Fort Pierce Police Department report.

That logic, however, did not keep cops from citing Goodman for misusing the 911 system. Even after being issued a misdemeanor citation, Goodman contended, “this is an emergency, my McNuggets are an emergency.” The McDonald’s devotee is seen above in a mug shot snapped after a previous encounter with police. And the moral of this story is…Although proper 911 etiquette is a must, Mickie D’s should never run out of McNuggets. The End.

Lil Wayne’s Atlanta Drug Charges Dropped + Prom Queen Video

Lil Wayne is all smiles for a reason. A big one! A huge weight has been lifted off his shoulders since a Fulton County judge just dismissed the felony drug charges that were brought against him in the ‘A’. If you recall, Wayne was arrested in August 2006 at the Twelve Hotel at Atlantic Station after Atlanta police said they found unmarked bottles containing hydrocodone and a generic form of Xanax along with two marijuana joints.

The State’s prosecutors must have really effed this one up because we all know the real deal. Hell…Wayne even wrote a song about what’s in his styrofoam cup. *smh*

?The testimony by the State?s witnesses had numerous inconsistencies in material evidence provided at this hearing, especially when compared to the written police reports that had been created ? by two of the three officers who entered the hotel rooms at the Twelve Hotel,? Johnson wrote in a document filed Tuesday.

Carter?s attorney, William ?Bubba? Head, said his client wasn?t staying in the room where the arrest was made.

?It was a changing room,? he said.

The Georgia case had its share of twists and turns. Carter was arrested on a fugitive warrant in October 2007 for failing to appear at a court date in Fulton County. But Head said his client never received the summons because it was sent to his former home in New Orleans, which had been destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

?He didn?t even know there were charges pending,? his Atlanta-based attorney said.

I just bet they couldn’t be reached. They’re probably too dayum embarrassed! 😕 Lil Wayne is not all the way out of the clear though. He still has a few other states where his legal troubles haven’t just disappeared into thin air. Wayne has an upcoming court date on a weapons charge in New York and also still has to answer to multiple felony drug charges in Arizona where he and four others were arrested by Border Patrol agents who stopped his tour bus near Yuma. Police canines reportedly recovered 3.7 ounces of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of ecstasy on the bus.

T.I. covers the April 2009 issue of Vibe Magazine. This cover is a different look for Tip and perhaps it’s Vibe’s shrewd way of showing on the outside how much he’s changed on the inside.? Just as the magazine revealed Tupac Shakur’s sensitive side, they are delving deep into the mind of ATL’s own King of hip-hop. Kim Zolciak Can’t Afford Her Publicist + Big Papa Named in Lawsuit

I told you guys the other day about how Kim Zolciak’s “webmaster” hijacked her website…well word is that her “webmaster” is actually Atlanta publicist, Jonathan Jaxson. You may remember Jaxson from his highly publicized legal fight against fellow blogger Perez Hilton. Jaxson is peeved at the Atlanta Housewife without a husband about her slacking payments and recently filed suit against her for breach of contract.? Zolciak, in turn, filed her own lawsuit last week claiming that Jaxson hijacked her website and posted ?negative and scurrilous information? about her on the site in retaliation.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge John Goger ordered Jaxson to take down what he wrote last week until the two sides mediate the issue:

As a result of the injunction, he has restored the site to what it looked like Feb. 20. Zolciak, in the lawsuit, blamed the ?hijacking? for generating negative publicity ?which has marginalized Ms. Zolciak?s public persona and is negatively impacting her commercial opportunities.?

Jeff Ward (Jaxon’s Buisness Parner) said the statement on the site was not scurrilous or defamatory; to him, it was factual. He said Jaxson signed on to be Zolciak?s publicist about the time of the popular Bravo show?s finale last fall. He said the two sides signed a $30,000 six-month contract for Jaxson to provide publicity services, including maintaining the Web site and getting her placement in various media outlets. He said he helped place her on the Bonnie Hunt Show, the E! Network and the Golden Globes red carpet.

A Message to B.o.B. ~ “Please Don’t Go!”

Gyant over at SOHH posted a not so blind item a while ago, speculating that one of the hottest new artists to come out of the “A” in a while ~ B.o.B. aka Bobby Ray ~ is quitting rap:

Which new Atlanta MC, that’s been getting a STRONG internet buzz, is rumored to have quit the music industry?

This rapper, who has been compared to a hip-hop legend, has been on the cover of one of hip-hop’s most popular magazines. And just last week, had met up with a certain Detroit rapper to cut some records.

Turns out the speculation is true…well almost. B. Rich later confirmed that B.o.B. is going through some personal issues and has decided to step away from the microphone for a while. I don’t know how long he’ll be away, but my hope is that he will return soon because his musical style and talents are much needed in today’s music game.

B.o.B….if you’re listening…my prayers are with you. Stay strong and know that whatever the issue is, it’s only temporary. Learn from it and move forward. Take as long as you need to get through it but COME BACK! Your talents speak to so many people…Please don’t go!

The song is hawt on it’s own and the remix is just that much better.? Check out the remix to Keri Hilson‘s Turnin’ Me On featuring T-Pain and Lil Wayne.? Keri goes hard at ‘someone’ in her mini rap when she states “Check the credits Ho!”…everyone seems to believe it’s Beyonce but I don’t see it that way. I thinks she’s merely tellin all y’all hating “A”zzz “ho’s” that she wrote this ish! 😆

By the way, Tariq “King Flex” Nasheed called me out as a ‘super snoop’ on his Mack Lessons radio show last week and he also asked me to post more Keri. Tariq seems to think that Keri doesn’t do men.

Well I put my super snoop skills to work King Flex! You’ll be happy to note that Keri plays with balls. 🙂
