Tiny and Toya are getting ready for the launch of their new BET reality show and have hit the TWEETS.? As T.I. chills away at Summer camp, his boo Tamkea “Tiny” Cottle and her bff, Lil Wayne’s ex-wife Antonia Carter are working hard for the money. Tiny and Toya both have new twitter accounts and are pounding the pavement promoting their new show. I’m really quite surprised to see Tiny tweeting. Especially after that whole MySpace jump-off fiasco where she swore she “doesn’t do computers” but I guess change is always good.? I wonder if she’ll bring Tip into the twitter fold when he comes home? Considering the fact that he said THIS a while back, I doubt it. But it would definitely be entertaining!

Mugshot Mania ~ The “Exorcist”

Meet Sandra Alford, 46 of Lilburn, Georgia. Alford was arrested Friday for false imprisonment and cruelty to children for using handcuffs to restrain her 15-year-old son after either she or family friend Larry Powell (pictured below) called Lilburn police to report an “unruly juvenile.”

Police arrived and were told that the two were attempting to perform an “exorcism” on the young boy. An investigation revealed that the teen had been held against his will with handcuffs and was denied food and water for periods of 12 hours at a time over a three-day period as the two attempted to evict the evil spirit that had taken over his body. The teen was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center where he was treated for minor injuries and dehydration and later released.

The officer who applied for the arrest warrants noted that Alfred may suffer from schizophrenia and delusions. She and Powell both remain in jail awaiting a June 26th hearing. The case is now under investigation by the Gwinnett County District Attorney?s Office and the Department of Family and Children?s Services.

All I wanna know is…how did investigators know they were lying about the exorcism? Who’s to say that bad “A”zz kid wasn’t possessed? *sigh* Now there’s one more teen aged devil walking amongst us. Lord save us all…

A Real Atlanta “Housewife” With No Home ~ Sheree’ Whitfield

Sheree’ Whitfield of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is catching mad flack lately. Not only did she NOT receive the seven + figures she publicly anticipated during the airing of the first season of the show, but as I revealed to you a while ago, she gave up the fancy diggs shown in the first season for a more modest apartment home.? A similar episode happened with fellow castmate NeNe Leakes, who was eventually investigated by Fox-5 News. *sigh* What is it with these real “housewives”? Bravo sure knows how to pick em…and we sure LOVE the drama!

Now, don’t get it twisted…I personally like Sheree but when you stick your nose in the air on national television, it’s kinda hard to draw sympathy from the masses when something like that happens.? That being said, Sheree recently gave a play by play account of how/why/when she lost her home to foreclosure. The queen of hip-hop/R&B, Mary J. Blige will be featured on tonight’s (June 14th) episode of ?TVOne’s One on One with Cathy Hughes. ?The songstress touched on several topics ranging from to her battles with drugs and alcohol to?her relationship with her hubby Kendu Issacs. In a revealing clip, Mary discusses how she’s still struggling with accepting a drama-free relationship and how her faith is guiding her path:

At the beginning it was even hard, and even now it’s still hard because I never had anyone to be this firm and not “yes ma’am’ me to death…. And I never had anyone that I could believe cared for me that much so it’s difficult for me to see that he really has my best interest at heart sometimes. Because I’m living in the past of people not having my best interest at heart and so it’s like?’this is really to good to be true’?but then again..thats where God comes in and I’m like ‘Lord, what do I do?’ and he said?’Trust in me and don’t lean on your own understanding.’

So I’m trying to walk in that ….and I’m learning so much. I’ve come a long way…but I still have so much work to do.

I dropped a hint on Twitter yesterday that quite a few people took note of. In case you missed it:

Somebody just told me some tomfoolery is going on at Fulton County Courthouse. Those papers shoulda been stamped & filed by now. Friday, June 12th 4:54pm

Well, a source informed me a few weeks ago that Usher’s divorce papers were in the works and swore me to secrecy. The same source called me yesterday confused as to why the papers hadn’t been released and expressed concern as to how someone inside Fulton County could block public documents from being revealed. As you know, court documents are open record, so today they were finally posted via Fulton County’s website, with a hearing scheduled for July 15, 2009: Continue Reading…
