Taking full advantage of all the “Bad Chicks” available that weekend, Luda was joined on the set by hot girl of the moment (and funnyface maker) Nicki Minaj, Trina, Diamond and even Eve!

Super Bowl XLIV has come and gone. The Saints have taken the trophy and most of us were left this morning with a hangover. As y’all reminisce about the game over the watercooler this morning, let’s not forget about the performances and the commercials.

Queen Latifah may be responsible for leading New Orleans to the win with her rendition of “America the Beautiful” during pregame or on the flip side… maybe she’s responsible for the Colt’s losing. Whatever the case, Dana Owens was happy to be a part of it all!

I’m amazingly proud to be an American. I’ve watched how we’ve shown up around the world. It’s a great time to be an American and to be at the Super Bowl.

SFTA Flashback ~ “Children of the World” Michael Jackson Tribute Circa 1985 [VIDEO]

In honor of FLASHBACK FRIDAY, I decided to take a trip waaaaay back! You may be aware of all the hoopla surrounding the “We Are the World” remix for Haiti last week, but weren’t even BORN during the Children of the World project!? The project, circa 1985 was formed by Sonny Melendez, a radio host that had a vision of children singing the song.

Producer George Duke jumped aboard with a few other legendary musicians and the Children of the World Project grew into something that made Michael very proud:

“I had thought that song should be sung by children. When I finally heard children singing it on producer George Duke’s version,? I almost cried. It’s the best version I’ve heard.” – Michael Jackson

As the project celebrates it’s 25th year, it’s fun to see how some of the kids involved evolved into superstars!? Watch the video below and see if you recognize a few… Continue Reading…
