The Atlanta Hawks take on the Chicago Bulls this weekend and Tip will be performing during halftime!

This isn’t just another game! This isn’t a friendly competition. This is two eastern conference heavyweights going toe to toe!

This is Josh Smith vs. Carlos Boozer. This is… no love lost.

This is Hawks vs. Bulls.? This is A-Town vs. Chi-Town.

This is different… cause this is T.I.!

It all goes down Saturday, December 22nd at 7pm, but for those of you “Troubleman” fans, there’s a special treat!

Tip will be performing at halftime and in addition to that… the first 7000 who enter the arena will get a free download of his newly released album, Troubleman: Heavy is The Head.

He’s also been gracious enough to host a VIP suite during the game and TWO lucky StraightFromTheA readers will win a pair of tickets be there “parlayin” in the suite courtesy of Tip and his Grand Hustle clique.

Word on the curb is that Kanye West borrowed one of Kim Kardashian‘s leather skirts last night.

I kid.? But seriously… Mr. West stole the show with his ‘fashion forward’ attire during Wednesday?s 12-12-12 concert benefiting Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

West, 35, took to the stage for his performance wearing a black Givenchy leather skirt and leggings combo.? His look immediately drew hilarious comments and jokes online and Kanye’s leather skirt even garnered it’s own twitter account!

President Barack Obama won his re-election after a tough battle Tuesday night, defeating former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney with 303 to Romney’s 202 electoral votes.

The nation’s weak economy plagued Obama’s first term, but in victory, he confidently promised better days ahead.

In the wee hours of the morning, Obama spoke to thousands of cheering supporters in his hometown of Chicago.? He praised his opponent and spoke of optimism for the next four years.

While our road has been hard, though our journey has been long, we have picked ourselves up, we have fought our way back and we know in our hearts that for the United States of America, the best is yet to come.

Antwan “Big Boi” Patton and his lovely wife Sherlita were light years ahead during his annual Big Kidz Foundation Halloween costume party last weekend (October 27, 2012)

The cute couple were color coordinated as Big dressed up as Darth Vader from Star Wars and Sherlita rocked a?marvel comics? punisher costume.

NEWSFLASH! Usher Raymond Gives Girlfriend’s Daughter 12K Pooch… [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Usher Raymond bought an expensive pet while in NYC Thursday evening, but it was all for a good cause (October 25, 2012).

Just last year, Ursh attempted to win a puppy during the 2011 Pencils of Promise benefit auction event, but he says he gave it up to a Cancer survivor who was bidding as well. In return for his generosity, she named her pooch “Usher”.

At this year?s event, Usher decided to go hard in the paint and was determined to bring a cute puppy home.

Usher reportedly offered an initial bid of $10,000 but was forced upward after being outbid. He finally upped the ante and ditched out $12,000 smakaroos for the cute copper-colored pup he immediately named “Poppy.”

Raymond shared his enthusiasm with his boo, Grace Miguel, who was seated by his side.

The happy couple presented the $12,000 pooch to Miguel’s teen daughter, who posted photos of her new family pet.
