The 4-member band, named after Atlanta’s Hamilton Park Recreation Center, the spot where the members honed their vocal skills, spent vigorous hours learning their strengths and weaknesses as a group, and building camaraderie & teamwork on the basketball court, are on a mission to bring back “real” r&b love songs, , drawing comparisons to hometown platinum-selling groups 112, Jagged Edge and the 1990s group Jodeci.
The group is currently on The Scream tour alongside Mindless Behavior and Diggy Simmons and each of the four members of Hamilton Park brought along a set of their own special talents:
Royce P sings with undeniable conviction and passion, engaging listeners with his serious tone that beams from his eyes; Anthony bellows with hope, leading listeners into an optimistic retreat;
Mr. Marcus Lee speaks the truth with his soulful array of salacious words; and
Chris Voice touches the heart with his silky, inspiring words.

Nappy Dot Org is the latest offering from Nappy Roots and they enlisted Atlanta-based production trio Organized Noize to produce the new album.
Organized Noize members Rico Wade, Ray Murray and Sleepy Brown, fellow ATLiens known for creating hits with OutKast, Goodie Mob and the rest of the Dungeon Family, took on the task producing tracks that accentuated Nappy Roots’ signature “country boy” sound.

Melanie Fiona has released the video for “4 AM,” the second single from her upcoming sophomore album, The MF Life, which is slated to drop on December 6.
In the video, directed by Colin Tilley, the Canadian songstress is shown in her home chillin while she waits for her boo to return from a night out clubbing. 
The video was shot in part at the Voyeur nightclub in West Hollywood and at a private Beverly Hills home, with Fiona and her crew reportedly staying up all night to complete the shoot.
So lemme get this straight… Mel’s trippin’ & going crazy while he’s out with his boys…? the same boys that she watched him get in the car with?
Ummkay. 😕
I personally would be more concerned about his safety than his sleeping around… but perhaps they already had trust issues?!? (cue Drizzy Drake)
