The official video for Monica Brown‘s new video for her current single “Until It’s Gone”? premiered last night on BET?s 106 & Park.
Mo enlists Malinda Williams and Brian White in the visual, where they star as an embattled couple. Williams’ discovers her man (White) is cheating, which of course calls for a dramatic story.
I originally thought Monica’s role was a ghost… but apparently she’s the best friend who warned Malinda about her man’s cheating ways.

There’s been a lot of talk about teens today and their careless attitudes towards sex.
In addressing the issue, many have referred to today’s teens as “hyper-sexual 14 year old girls,” and while the young boys are definitely at fault as well, it goes without saying that we all must play a part in educating our youth.
Amber Cole’s real father came forward recently to address all the hoopla surrounding that fateful viral video, but another “father” has come forward to give a different post of view: the importance of a father in a young girls life.
I was recently invited to break bread with the beautiful ladies of The Braxton family.
During the intimate dinner at Frank Ski?s Restaurant, we were treated to dinner, conversation and a song, when the sisters decided to sing a brief snipped of “The Lord’s Prayer”…
The musical family will be back on air in just a few weeks after being granted 19 episodes for the 2nd season of WETV’s hot reality show ?Braxton Family Values.?
Tamar, Trina, Traci, Towanda, Toni and mama Evelyn have all gained quite a bit of knowledge after exposing their lives to an entire season of reality tv.
Marital problems have been exacerbated, sibling rivalry is still in full effect, and mama Evelyn even revealed she may be dating on the show.
Being that I covered the family’s initiation into the reality show world last year (click here if you missed that), I decided to pose a question to the ladies about how blogs such as StraightFromTheA (and their various opinions) have affect their lives in the past year.
I got an unexpected earful from “Miss DOT com” herself, Tamar.
Check out video of Tamar’s address to the blogs + more photos… Continue Reading…
So apparently there’s a lot of trick’s trolling for treats out there in Roswell.
#Exhibit A – Real Atlanta “Housewife” Kim Zolciak was spotted getting a head start on the Halloweeners, prowling the neighborhood for free goodies dressed in a form fitting catsuit.
Granted, Kimmie’s post-baby body looks absolutely amazing, but what the hail is she hoping to find going door-to-door in the middle of a random weekday?
The scenario in my head goes something like this…
Kim: Knock Knock… Neighbor: Who’s there? Kim: Ooops! I mean ‘Trick or Treat’? Neighbor: What the f*ck do you want? Kim: Dammit NeNe! Open the dayum door and give me some Monistat…. I’m dying out here!
[And scene…]
Atlanta’s own Cee-Lo Green was spotted taking a leisurely stroll down the streets of Hollyweird and while he’s normally known for pushing the fashion envelope, Lo was all casual everything from head to toe.
Rocking a white tee and gray sweats, Lo appeared the epitome of low-key swag, that is… until you scanned down to his feet!
*blank stare* 😯
Granted, Lo hasn’t quite stepped into the stiletto realm of celebrity hairstylist Derek J (yet) but he’s awfully close!
After I ran the Amber Cole story last week, there was a huge public outcry about the horrendous viral video that showed a young girl engaging in oral sex behind the doors of a school.
A week has passed and the entire situation has created an opening for discussion amongst parents and teens about not only sexuality, but the use (and abuse) of social media.
Clearly the name “Amber Cole” is a fictitious pseudonym, but the truth of the matter is, there was still an actual real live girl on that tape doing things some grown folks don’t even do (regardless of her real name).
It has been recently discovered that the video was taped in Baltimore, Maryland on (or near) school property of Frederick Douglass High School.
All of the teenagers involved in the incident are students at Douglass High School but school officials say the incident didn?t happen there.
It happened after school outside a building not used for instructional purposes.
Of the hundreds of comments posted around the web, everyone wondered why the hell this child’s parents hadn’t come forward to speak up for their child.
Well now, “Amber Cole”‘s father has come forward to clear the air about the situation, including revealing that the twitter account that many have been depending on for their “Amber Cole” updates is as fake as the “Amber Cole” name. Continue Reading…
