Antonia “Toya” Wright?(aka Lil Wayne’s ex-wife) posed for the mugshot above after she was arrested in College Park, Georgia (an Atlanta suburb) last night (December 10, 2013).

Wright was apparently pulled over during a traffic stop and was arrested after the authorities determined she had a warrant for her arrest for failing to appear in court on a previous issue.

The more things change… the more they stay the same!
Nene Leakes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been rising above all drama on the popular reality show, but that doesn’t mean she’s not above stirring the pot this season.

Leakes brought her friends Chuck & Mynique Smith onto the show week and immediately got the Smith’s caught up in a bit of RHOA he say/she say about Chuck’s dating history with at least two members of the cast, Phaedra Parks and Kandi Burruss.

Leakes was quick to point out that she, Phaedra and Smith all went to the same high school in Athens (but she didn’t know Phaedra growing up, remember?), and that she’d ‘HEARD’ that Parks was a ‘head doctor’ in high school.
While I’ve heard she apologized to Phaedra about the statement, the implications are hard to ignore.? Whatever the case, Nene felt the need to clarify her statement and while it’s clear, she’s caught in a lie, I guess I’ll give Nene an “A” for effort for standing in her sh*t.

It?s been over 2o years since the Grammy-winning diva and legendary producer worked together on 1992?s ?Give U My Heart? from the Boomerang soundtrack, but they reunited earlier this year for a new album of duets entitled ‘Love, Marriage & Divorce’.

The album was originally due November 25, but will now arrive just in time for Valentine?s Day on February 4. In the meantime, the single?’Hurt You,’ has already hit the airwaves and even has an official video.

In their Uptown Magazine cover spread, the pair speak candidly about the business of making music. ?Toni shares how Babyface once described her talents to L.A. But Mama Joyce isn’t the only issue Kandi is having this season!
Former NFL baller Chuck Smith and his wife Mynique Smith appeared on the most recent episode of the show and Smith blatantly lies about once dating the Grammy award winning songstress…. referring to his dealings with Kandi as a ‘one hit wonder’ (click HERE if you missed that).
As I stated in this week’s RHOA recap, it’s common knowledge around Atlanta that Smith has dated a slew of who’s who and Kandi and her BFF Phaedra Parks are definitely on Chuck’s list of ex-girlfriends. While I’m assuming it was hard for Chuck to confess his dating history in front of his wife (with cameras rolling), it’s still not cool to totally LIE about the situation.
I caught up with Kandi and she’s NOT happy about how Smith threw her under the bus.? She also spoke about her disappointment about being caught in the middle between Mama Joyce and her future husband.
