Holyfield Pays Baby Moms…Avoids Jailtime
?Evander Holyfield just barely avoided going to jail today?for being late on his child support.? The former heavyweight champion, who has faced financial hardships recently, paid over $9,000 in back child support and signed an agreement to?meet his other obligations (i.e. private school tuition, health insurance and paying for a college fund) within the month.
The agreement gets Holyfield out of legal hot water.
In the past month, Holyfield has faced a foreclosure on his 54,000 square-foot palace in Fayette County. He has also been sued for an alleged $500,000 loan that he is accused of not re-paying.
Sadder still, the 45-year-old vows he will continue boxing and become undisputed champion once again, despite the fact he hasn?t beaten a major fighter since John Ruiz in 2000. (Source)

Michael Vick Files Bankruptcy ~ Owes $10 to $50 Million In Debt
Former Falcon Michael Vick filed for bankruptcy protection yesterday in Virginia and claims between $10 to $50 million in debt.? (Peep the full document?(.pdf) and calculate it for yourself!) One of his creditors is his former employer, the Atlanta Falcons, who he owes?$3.75 million as a pro-rated signing bonus.
Of the six other creditors listed in the court documents three are banks, including two that recently won judgments against Vick. The largest creditor is Joel Enterprises, Inc. with a claim of $4.5 million.? (Source)

Blah…Blah..Blah… what’s more interesting is that recently he has blamed is manager, Benny Medina, for the failure of his album, “Here I Stand.”? Rumor has it that he also wants to re-hire his mother,?Jonetta Patton,?as his manager since he has realized she was key to his success. Usher ended his 15-year professional relationship with?his mom?and her JPat Record Label just days before Mother’s Day last year.? Hank Aaron’s Note Sells for $21,000
A handwritten note from homerun king and Atlanta Braves legend Hank Aaron sold for $21,000 yesterday.? The letter, written when?Aaron was only 17 years old, was written to the owner of?a Negro League team telling him that Hank’s parents approved of his joining the team.? It was purchased by Jeffrey Gitomer, a Charlotte, NC buisnessman who outbid the Negro League’s Baseball Museum.?
The seven-line letter is dated Nov. 22, 1951, from Mobile, Ala., and written to Syd Pollack. The letter reads:
“Dear Mr. Pollack. I receive you letter, and it is entirely satisfactory with my parents Mr. & Mrs. Aaron, that I may join the Indianapolis Clowns next season.??
Sincerely yours, Henry Aaron.” (Source)
