This wasn’t no regular ole concert. Nope. Not at all. ATLien’s united in the rain and mud to celebrate the reunion of one our most heartfelt groups. Khujo, T-Mo, Big Gipp & Cee-Lo. Collectively known as The Goodie Mob.? The venue was outside and the weather was rainy but I, personally, was in heaven from the moment the show started.? DJ Jelly was on the ones and twos providing Atlanta classic jams during each intermission while DJ Kizzy Rock, Pastor Troy & The Youngbloodz all performed as we celebrated our A-town musical history. These weren’t just no regular ole opening acts either. Each one has a history about as colorful as the Goodie Mob and each shared in the historical value of the event.

Kim states that she was quite “disturbed” by NeNe’s? claims and says that her 9 year old daughter wrote the song along with her music instructor:
Of course you already know that Mrs. Leakes was’t gonna let that slide…and she stated her rebuttal quick fast in a hurry while at the same event: Continue Reading…
The 2009 Georgia Music Hall of Fame Awards went off without a hitch this year…well, that is until the family of the late Shakir Stewart approached the stage to accept his award.? Stewart, who’s death rocked the foundation of the recording industry when he took his life in November 2008 at the age of 34, was being honored posthumously with a hall of fame induction. While this would seem to be a joyful event, the presentation of his award ended up being the most talked about situation of the evening: Continue Reading…
