The internet is jumping about Fantasia married boyfriend, Antwaun Cook and it’s been rumored that his estranged wife has been inquiring about filing a million dollar suit against the former American Idol.? According to online buzz, Tasia may be sued for criminal conversion, or having a sexual relationship with a married man.
The criminal conversion law is only in effect in seven states: North Carolina, Illinois, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah. Fantasia, who almost lost her house last year falls in the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts, which have logged pretty large judgments against guilty mistresses, one to the tune of $1.4 million.
Fantasia had been accused of the affair several months ago, which was somewhat confirmed when she appeared with THIS conspicuous tattoo of her married lover’s name on her chest.
