Just last week, I wrote of the comparisons between The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Season 13 premiere episode and all other seasons of the popular reality show.

Welp… it appears that the star player’s absence on the team is being felt as the ratings hit another decline.
Details below…
Veteran “housewives” Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams and Kandi Burruss have returned for season 13 with lackluster storylines and the most recent episode introduced a “New Peach in The Orchid” as Drew Sidora made her on screen debut (click HERE if you missed that).
Fans were not impressed.
This week’s ratings for The Real Housewives of Atlanta continue to plummet as the 2nd episode gained LESS viewers than the first.
S13 E1 – 1.42M viewers
S13 E2 – 1.18M viewers
For the record, that’s a loss of nearly 250,000 viewers, a huge dip for one week! To be fair, previous season’s have dipped also but I’ve never seen that significant of a loss.
Season 12 E1 1.91
Season 12 E2 1.85
Season 11 E1 1.93
Season 11 E2 1.84
Season 10 E1 2.43
Season 10 E2 2.56
Season 9 E1 2.59
Season 9 E2 2.65
Season 8 E1 2.97
Season 8 E2 3.09
Season 7 E1 3.83
Season 7 E2 3.60
You get the point? Most season’s INCREASED from week to week. These past few season’s have decreased slightly but a lost of nearly a quarter of a million is a significant sign that something is missing.
Could it be the loss of Nene Leakes? Could it be that fans are actually BOYCOTTING Bravo?
I don’t know the answers. All I know is that men lie, women lie… numbers don’t!
