Word on the curb is that Usher Raymond is still battling those STD allegations.
An unidentified male plaintiff who was added to the growing list of accusers who claim the singer exposed them to herpes last last year (click HERE if you missed that) is now accusing the superstar crooner of refusing to turn over his medical records.
Details below…
The male accuser, along with Atlanta resident Laura Michelle Helm, L.A. plaintiff Quantasia Sharpton and a ‘Jane Doe,’ sued Usher last year for exposing them to the sexually transmitted disease.
Usher has denied having intimate relations with all of the accusers except for Helm, who was forced to dropped her initial lawsuit after audio was released of Helm saying Usher always wore condoms when they had sex.

The male ‘John Doe’ claimed he had sex with Usher at a Koreatown spa in Los Angeles and according to The Blast, ‘Doe’ recently filed court documents accusing the singer of refusing to provide medical records.
Doe filed a motion asking the judge to order the singer to turn over the documents/information. Doe is after Usher?s confidential medical history and possible settlements in the past.
Doe says Usher has not only refused to turn over documents but tried to invoke attorney-client privilege and physician-patient privilege in his effort to not hand over the records.
The singer has accused Doe of trying to harass him with the demands and has refused to answer his numerous questions.
Doe is also seeking a protective order over Usher?s medical records saying that the public dissemination of his medical history would invade his privacy and cause embarrassment and distress to him. He says specifically the medical info he has obtained thus far from Usher, during discovery in the lawsuit, could result in ridicule and possibly harassment of the singer if released.
A judge has yet to rule.
